Looking for help to repair a pebblecrete pool surface.

We have a pebblecrete swimming pool. Recently, we found a dark "patch" where the pebblecrete has pealed off. Looking for idea or help on how to repair the area.

The area to be repaired is only 5cm x 5cm. Quite tricky to find someone to fix the problem as it is not a big job. We found the Pebblekits DIY kit online. Easy to apply. Similar to grouting actually. The end result was good. Please see the recommendation for further details.
