We hired James and Josh to lay the new lawn. It wasn't the easiest of project. A few landscapers did not want to take it on or quoted "egregiously". To be honest, initially, when I first met them, I wasn't sure. They are young men. They don't fit the "look" of a typical landscape/gardening guy. But it was refreshing to deal with them. Straight forward. Did not play any game. You know some tradies like to talk up how tough is a job to justify the much higher quote. James and Josh just estimated the time it would take them. And the quote was straight forward. I would say the quote was very competitive. They did a good job. Ground prep was done well. Fertilized. Did all the basics right. Finished the lawn on time. Cleaned up the site afterwards. They delivered what they promised. Ha... The older tradies should learn from them. If you are in the North Shore area, looking for help in the garden, worth getting in touch with them. They are good young men working to build their own business.
